Bedient Organ, Opus 81
First Congrgational Church, Sioux Falls, SD
The organ of First Congregational Church of Sioux Falls, SD was renovated by the Bedient Organ Company in 2008. Utilizing the core of the church's 1967 Reuter, Bedient added 15 new stops, replaced Great and Pedal windchests, reorganized the console and built a new wooden case with functioning pipework in the facade. Electric keyboard action was retained. The result is a sizeable eclectic instrumet with strong French Romantic influences.
